This year, Let Our Voice Run invites participants to go the extra mile and support victims of sexual harm and dating violence with their best efforts. There will be a team challenge to encourage participants to finish the event with the longest accumulated distance clocked! Participants will be randomly assigned into different teams, Team Voice and Team Run. You can also form your own team with your friends. The winning team will receive a shining digital medal via email.

1. Register

Sign up as an INDIVIDUAL participant

  1. Choose this option and you will be randomly assigned to either Team Voice or Team Run
  2. The distance you clock will automatically contribute to your team's distance
  3. Select "Individual" and carry on to set up your own profile.

Sign up as a TEAM

  1. Choose this option if you are thinking of forming a team to challenge longest distance
  2. Select "Team" and enter the team name.
  3. Carry on to set up your own personal profile
  4. Make payment for your own ticket.
  5. Go to [Profile] and invite your friends/family to join your team by entering their email addresses.
  6. Your team members will all have to set up their own personal profiles in order to clock their distance!
  7. Your invited team members will each receive an email with a unique link to join your team. They will then proceed to create their own profiles and make payment for their tickets.

If you have received your link to join a team from a leader:

  1. Carry on to set up your own personal profile. The team name will reflect the team you are joining. You do not need to make any changes to the team name or your email address.
  2. Make payment for your own ticket.

2. Payment

  1. Send your payment through the link provided.
  2. After your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder and/or contact us at events@lccs.org.sg with your name and proof of payment.

3. Collect Race Pack

  1. Approach us at LCCS, 3779 Jalan Bukit Merah, #02-01, Bukit Merah Community Hub, Singapore 159462 with your registered email to collect your race pack on these dates/timings:
    1. 17 Nov [Thurs], 18 Nov [Fri], 23 Nov [Wed] from 11am to 8pm
    2. 19 Nov [Saturday] from 9am – 1pm
    If you are unable to collect your entitlements on the specified dates, you can contact us at events@lccs.org.sg.
  2. You can opt out of getting a race pack to help us be more environmentally conscious.

4. Let Your Voice Run!

  1. Walk, run, or cycle anywhere, anytime on 27 November 2022!!
  2. Record your activity with a distance tracker app. Strava, Runkeeper, and Nike Run Club are apps we highly suggest for distance tracking.
  3. Upload your total distance clocked in the [Profile] page by 27 November 2022, 2359hr.
  4. Upload a photo of you taking part in the event or post a screenshot of your route and tracked distance in the [Event Gallery] page.

5. Receive your digital entitlements

  1. Upon completion of the event, you will receive an e-certificate via email. A digital medal will be granted to the team with the longest accumulated distance clocked.

During your registration and donation for Let Our Voice Run, we ask you to create a profile providing specific information that will be used in the basic registration process. We collect information such as:

You can edit, update, or change your details, or deactivate your account, at any time. If you forget your password our system will send you an email regarding it. You can also change your password any time.

  2. Smoothly run Let Our Voice Run 2022
  3. Provide, operate, and maintain our website

We are permitted by the PDPA to collect, use, or disclose personal information without your consent in various circumstances that include the following:

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you register and submit your personal information through the use of a secure server. After a transaction, your private information will not be stored in our servers. Only authorised personnel are permitted to have access to your personal information.

Log Files

The Site follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.   1. How do I register for Let Our Voice Run 2022?
    2. Sign up for Let Our Voice Run 2022 at letourvoicerun.com. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.

  2. When is the registration period for Let Our Voice Run 2022?
    3. Early bird registration will be from 15 August to 31 August 2022. Registration will close on 20 November 2022 at 11:59PM.

  3. What are the registration fees?
    4. The registration fees and distance categories are as follows:
    1. Early bird registration (15 August - 31 August 2022): $25
    2. Standard registration (1 September - 20 November 2022): $35; students can use promo code: STUDENT to enjoy $10 discount ($25/pax)
    LCCS reserves the right to verify your student information, e.g. educational institution.

  4. I did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
    5. You may have provided an inaccurate email address when registering. If not, please check your spam folder.

    1. Name

  5. Where do I send my donation?
    6. If you wish to donate in support of ending sexual and dating harm in campuses, please send your donations to https://www.giving.sg/lutheran-community-care-services-limited/letourvoicerun2022

    Tax deduction info: Donations (minimum of $10) are eligible for 2.5 times tax rebates. Please note that registration fees are not eligible for tax deductions.

  6. I wish to participate with my friends/family as a team. What should i do?
    7. Please choose 'TEAM' when registering and create a team name. You will automatically be the team leader who is able to invite team members. Create a profile for yourself and after making payment for your race ticket, you can go to [Profile] and invite your team members to join your team. Invited members will receive an email to register and buy a race ticket.

  7. I want to buy tickets for my friends/family and form a team. Can I do that?
    8. You can only buy one ticket at a time. If you want to buy tickets for your friends/family, you will need to create a profile for them using their email address and buy one ticket at a time.

  8. It seems important to create a profile. Why is that so?
    9. All participants will need to create a profile to get their race pack!
    Creating a profile will help us to:
    1. Know what t-shirt size you want for your race pack
    2. Track the distance you have clocked
    3. See photos of your participation

  9. I wish to participate with my friends as a team but I already signed up as an ‘Individual’ participant. Can I be transferred into their team?
    10. When you sign up as an ‘Individual’ participant, you will be randomly assigned into Team Voice or Team Run. You can still run/walk/cycle with your friends!!
    Participants are welcome to run with their companions whether they are in the same team or not. However, if you wish to be in the same team, sign up as a Team per the registration form (see number 6). Teams cannot be changed once participants are registered.

  10. How do I receive my entitlements?

  11. Is there a specific route that I have to follow?
    12. There is no specific route. Let Our Voice Run is a virtual run that allows you to participate at any place and time within the event period at your own convenience.

    However, we have a special activity where participants can follow a route with their friends and family. The route will be announced soon.

  12. What distance tracking applications/devices are recommended?
    13. For distance tracking, we recommend Strava, Runkeeper, and Nike Run Club which are all available in Android and iOS devices.

    Once you have completed your category, take a screenshot of your results from your app of choice and upload it in the Profile page.

  13. What are the prizes for the winning team?
    14. The team with the longest accumulated distance covered will receive a digital medal via email.

  14. Do I have to be vaccinated to participate?
    15. To be able to participate in Let Our Voice Run, you will need to:
    1. Be fully vaccinated; or
    2. Have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 180 days; or
    3. Be certified as medically ineligible for all COVID-19 vaccines under the National Vaccination Programme

  15. I have purchased my ticket at Eventbrite but when I login to my profile the system prompts me this message “You did not own a ticket! Do you want to proceed to payment page?”
    16. You might have entered a different email address when making payment for your ticket. You can go to [Profile] and type the email address where you received your race ticket and the order number [10 digit number] for your ticket in the “Redeem Ticket” function. You should have received a race ticket confirmation in your email. Please contact us if you continue to have difficulties.
